Thank you for your review. We appreciate receiving your feedback as all comments received are an opportunity to create positive changes. It is unfortunate to see negative comments, but we do understand that, at times, when an employee is unable to meet basic expectations (i.e., clocking time accurately, providing good customer service, providing timely follow up with customers, etc.) a way to address one's frustration after leaving is to post a negative review.
We believe there are times when parting ways is best for both employee and employer. We find that as our managers/supervisors set clearer expectations and provide feedback on the quality of work produced, employees may feel stress because they are held accountable to meet expectations as well as goals. We are also aware that these employees may not be part of Zynex’s future as we continue to expand and recognize that parting ways can be best for both parties.
It’s true that we did have a few recent management changes. For many, these have been positive, as we recently promoted 3 individuals in the Billing Department to Supervisor positions. There is always room to grow at a growing company!
We do wish that the coaching and support offered would have remedied the performance issues encountered during employment. Despite our best attempts, the decision to leave may have been best. We do wish you the best in your career change.
