5yWe appreciate the time you have taken to write a review of Zynex. Your review of your time with us contains many statements that are alarming. Our hopes are that employees approach their supervisors if they ever need support or clarification of procedures/practices. There are many occasions that employees wait to voice any concerns until after they have left the company, which does not allow for us to explain the “why.” We want all employees to understand that the management team at Zynex wants to support our employees and want to see all employees feel comfortable coming to them with any questions or concerns. Our mission and vision drives us to do what’s best by our patients, but we also want to be sure our employees are feeling supported. With the quick growth Zynex is going through, there are occasions that things fall through the cracks, but we are working towards filling those cracks with answers. We hope that we can build a stronger company that will not only help our patients in need, but also support the desires and wishes of our employees.
