Good starting work for anyone looking to move into a sales career.

Cons

Not many opportunities for advancement. Require much more work - helping other departments - than discussed in interview. Pay seemed low for the amount of work required.

We appreciate the time you took to leave a review. We no longer have an Inside Sales team and have not for a couple of years, so we're unclear as to which role you were in and providing feedback on. Regardless, we appreciate the input and will use it to identify if any improvements need to be made. As a premier employee in Colorado, we currently have one of the highest starting entry level pay structures in our area (far above minimum wage), and yes, the work at Zynex is always plentiful. We are reaching more than 600,000 patients in pain, so there is much to do. We have built a company that requires a fast-paced, team effort from all. If fast moving collaboration is not what you enjoy, Zynex may not be a great fit. Given our growth, we have more than 60 open positions and frequently have promotion opportunities for those excelling and showing that they go above and beyond in their role. We are currently seeking at least 2 high quality supervisors to ad to our leadership team. Though this employment relationship did not work out, we do wish you well in any future role you seek or careers goals you aspire to reach. Thank you again for the feedback.

Pros

Have significantly turned things around within less than a year allowing insurances companies to trust us again. It was a big task and it was successful. Congrats!

Cons

The company hasn't ironed out their new processes which is okay, the company is starting over. Although, it is to a point where I constantly get angry calls from clinics where they tell us that Altivera/Zynex is awful and has awful customer service. From what I have gathered, it has nothing to do with the people that work there but it does have everything to do with the CONSTANT change in process. Every clinic is confused why we aren't doing it "the old way" (communicating with clinics about what is needed). Now when we receive invalid prescriptions we don't even communicate that with the patient OR the clinic anymore. Nothing against the Sales Reps, they are awesome. Having the Sales Reps do everything seems impractical and it has effected Altivera's efficiency and likely customer and clinic's satisfaction. Altivera Medical just got rid of the department that speaks with clinics, our sales operations team. I am not excited to see how much our customer service and clinic communication worsens, now.
