Pros

They provided free (but less than mediocre) food. "Misery loves company" in action- the toxic environment brought everyone together. You'll find a strong sense of camaraderie among colleagues who have all endured the same struggles. There are good OT opportunities for those who are hourly. Not good extra incentives for those on salary.

Cons

Questionable billing practices: Patients frequently encounter unexpected and difficult-to-understand charges. The company's billing processes raise concerns about ethical practices and may result in unfair financial burdens for patients."5-star" customer service in name only: The company heavily emphasizes customer service, but in reality, patients often face significant challenges with billing and other issues, resulting in a poor customer experience. Toxic leadership: Executives often exhibit toxic behaviors, creating a negative and stressful work environment for employees. Poor interdepartmental communication: Significant communication breakdowns exist between departments, leading to inefficiencies, delays, and frustration for both employees and patients. Outdated technology: The company relies on outdated technology, hindering productivity and creating unnecessary obstacles for employees and patients. High employee turnover: The company experiences high employee turnover, suggesting a significant underlying issue with workplace culture and employee satisfaction. They refuse to adopt any sort of remote or hybrid option and make excuses on why they cannot provide this option. Its all about being able to micromanage the team. The company is based in Colorado, which can lead to inadequate weather. The company still expects you at your job no matter than condition. They state safety is their upmost priority. But managers remember these days and it can affect your ability to move up in the future and affect conversations for raises (which are very rare as regardless).

Pros

Have significantly turned things around within less than a year allowing insurances companies to trust us again. It was a big task and it was successful. Congrats!

Cons

The company hasn't ironed out their new processes which is okay, the company is starting over. Although, it is to a point where I constantly get angry calls from clinics where they tell us that Altivera/Zynex is awful and has awful customer service. From what I have gathered, it has nothing to do with the people that work there but it does have everything to do with the CONSTANT change in process. Every clinic is confused why we aren't doing it "the old way" (communicating with clinics about what is needed). Now when we receive invalid prescriptions we don't even communicate that with the patient OR the clinic anymore. Nothing against the Sales Reps, they are awesome. Having the Sales Reps do everything seems impractical and it has effected Altivera's efficiency and likely customer and clinic's satisfaction. Altivera Medical just got rid of the department that speaks with clinics, our sales operations team. I am not excited to see how much our customer service and clinic communication worsens, now.
