Great learning curve Entrepreneurial mindset People are awesome Still good culture (but changing with the size)
Cons
No WLB and very short project (2 weeks sprints happen more often than 6 week projects) Best people get a reward - more work Europe pay much lower than US (too big difference for the same job)
