      Pros

      This is a start up. Lot's of trying new things and learning happening. Most of the staff are always ready to help each other and the company still has a family way of thinking about each other. It has been a great experience to work here

      Cons

      If you are someone who needs structure, this is probably going to be a challenge at times. If you love to learn new things, and be a part of a great team, the chaos is managed pretty well.

      Flexibility, transportation, uniforms, great work environment, opportunity to meet awesome people from all parts of the world and work of life

      Having the ability to drive without using your personal car and worry about fuel or putting miles on your car
