Pros
At Alto we work with the latest and greatest technology. We are always encouraged to push the limits and be at the forefront of what the transportation industry is doing. The work environment is healthy and fun. We work very hard and enjoy doing it everyday. The leadership is very experienced and expects greatness from everyone in the company. Everyone here has a voice and has the opportunity to make change happen and to improve our products and processes. If you want to grow as a profession, Alto is the place for you. Additionally, the benefits are great and our schedules and PTO is self managed, to a reasonable extent ;)
Cons
Many employees work many hours in the day, which creates a sense that the cultural expectation is that you need to always be working and always be available, however, that is not the expectation. But, it can feel that way.
