Pros
1. A lot of extra road rules and things to remember, but EASY. 2. Safer than Lyft & Uber 3. Company Vehicles 4. Flexible Schedule 5. Good Side Hustle
Cons
1. Low Pay - Not A Great Main Source Of Income. 2. Some of the office / overseers are judgmental, and unprofessional, some are decent and helpful. Like any other job I guess. 3. Too many rules and things to remember on such short notice. 4. Unpaid Training - The Onboarding is time consuming ! I dedicated a total of 15 - 17 hours with their online application, interview,, onboarding paperwork, driving course, video lessons, the drive along / work tour, and personal travel time. On my first day I used my phone to get home at the end of the day because theirs automatically prompted me to "end shift" - I was afraid to touch the screen since it's very sensitive, and I decided to gps myself. Because they don't have a place for your personal phone, I resorted to a solution that wasn't the safest. I expected for them to be understanding of their phones and tech being occasionally faulty, but they were not. No grace. No warning. Just ended our partnership. I was cordial. However, it is disappointing after all the time wasted. I planned on talking over solutions with them so that it didn't happen again, but I didn't get the chance.
