Pay is on time. And accurate?

Cons

MGMT is terrible. Real bad. Worst I've seen. You'll regret taking a position here. Seeing how coworkers are treated makes me sick to my stomach.

Pros

Bettendorf Altorfer has a great team atmosphere of very dedicated employees. Benefit package is excellent. Love the early hours so I can spend the afternoon with my family. The training program is very in depth and ongoing throughout the year. Altorfer is willing to invest in their employees. Many 20+ years.

Cons

There's not alot of cons. You have to be able to work in weather, cold, heat, rain, etc.

flexibility with schedule is a pro!

Cons

no upward mobility in company, no growth within your department, bring up issues and then get picked apart, pay you based on Iowa cost of living even though we live in IL.
