Limitations of the industry will put you behind your peers at other companies in terms of experiences, type of work, etc. a lot of the perks that made working here attractive are gone (the Ranch, employee events, in-office atmosphere, etc.) in favor of extreme cost savings (dying industry and no proof points of major success potential in new spaces). External hires struggle against Altria legacy leaders and thinking.
