Pros
Benefits, tuition reimbursement, car, insurance, *decent* pay. They at least “fake” the whole culture and ID&E thing well— most companies don’t even do that.
Cons
Management sucks. They expect you to juggle a million different things while telling you they “understand there’s a lot on your plate right now,” all while continuing to scoop more on. VP says we’re salaried employees so EXPECT to work beyond 40hrs per week. No pay for drive time (if you live far from your territory), no pay or consideration for working hours to organize POS— you’re still expected to work 8 hours in field. They complain about the smallest of things SMs do, but upper management and account teams are so poorly led, half of them can’t rub two rocks together to form solutions. They all just “talk” the good corporate talk on teams calls.
