Pros
There used to be so many good qualities to this company. Now really just competitive salary and company vehicle- but they remind you of this every chance given.
Cons
Very toxic leadership. They change the expectations weekly moving the needle and you are always in a fog on what to do. They monitor productivity based only on time spent inside an account working but then expect you to get all conference calls and an admin done on personal time. They monitor with faulty systems and then managers on a power trip can rid any one for any reasons.
