The money. For some it's great; no need to own anything, you'll get moved in less than two years and can then claim ignorance.
Cons
Departments function as silos; any cross functional attempts are discouraged, squashed, result in reprimands. No work life balance. Obnoxious managers Antiquated technology Lack of leadership "Big Company" mentality (we're the biggest, so we dictate) Competitive (aka backstabbing) environment
