Everything else - Promotions are completely a joke, Management are all former interns only 2 years removed from college, experienced hires are pretty much ignored. TSM role has become nothing more than a merchandising position if you aren't a fast track candidate. Work life balance no longer exists either with the increase in micromanagement.
