Pros
The base salary is competitive as well as bonuses for meeting sales initiatives makes this a great place to start a career. They provide you with a car as well as giving 3 weeks of vacation with floating holidays. A great work-life balance in this role. There is also great opportunity to move up within the company to management roles.
Cons
You are working for a tobacco company! Some of their business strategies I found to be incredibly unfair and even a little oppressive. Although the opportunity to move up is great, they don't allow you to chose where you want to go. The upper management was a whole different issue. Remember, you are in BIG business and everyone is willing to step on everyone else to get where they want to be.
