No upward mobility whatsoever, especially in areas of low volume. Management is perpetually scared about their jobs and inevitable reconstruction that the CEO occasionally acknowledges is coming soon. They don’t develop their employees and leave them out on an island to fend for themselves. This may be different in other parts of the country but upper management doesn’t seem to care about the lack of leadership or support middle managers give to their TSMs. Unless you are looking to get a quick 1-2 years of experience out of college, I would look elsewhere for opportunities. If you get the job, you will either quit from lack of development, or lose it abruptly from a reduction in the workforce. Also, I would be remiss if this wasn’t included: they talk about diversity and inclusion about everyday and drill it into the membranes of their employees heads that if you have a difference of opinion with their PR tactic of hiring diverse candidates, then you will be in big trouble. There is no diversity of thought in this company and if you don’t follow along with the liberal agenda, you won’t be around long. Most employees are rubbed the wrong way with the suffocation of this topic, and eventually this will only divide the company to a level of pure negativity and rebellion.
