Pros
Compensation is high, but not enough to make up for the culture. There are some really nice people working here, but I wouldn't call many of them smart.
Cons
Big company with a huge amount of bureaucracy - forget making an impact or even an independent decision. Senior Management is ten years behind on everything, which is ironic given how arrogant they are about their leadership style. Your career and your professional reputation can go from stellar to the gutter overnight - it all depends on who likes you.
