Pros
The pay is good, especially for someone just graduating college. The perks are awesome too…nice company vehicle, gas card, expenses such as home internet, wireless internet, cell phone paid. The 401K and Health are good too. The freedom to make your own schedule and plan your success is the best.
Cons
Initiatives ALL the time. When you think you've focused on achieving one initiative, there's another one coming out. You get down and dirty! Not only do you sale….but you do resets, hang signs, take apart fixtures and touch dusty tobacco products all day! Being promoted is nonexistent - unless you are willing to move to "middle of nowhere" Iowa or your managers really like you….doenst matter how you do in the field.
