Health benefits are terrible - working in gas stations: store managers are rude and do not listen to you. Little to no sales training. Job is becoming more and more micromanaged when it comes to placing signage. You are a glorified signage placer. Absolutely zero room for growth - they will promise you a world of opportunities, and there are none. Unfair promotion practices. Higher management would push out new strategies that made no sense to the field workers/retailers. Majority of my coworkers were unhappy and only stayed because of the flexibility and pay.
