Must relocate for promotions even if there is an opening in your own city. Advancement process is pretty much limited to those who go to certain schools. This is a tobacco company, not a lot of upside for those coming out of school. Get some experience and move on. Senior management thinks everything has to be done today. Too many initiatives at the same time so none of them are done right. They have these company values that they do not follow, but expect everyone else to do. It is a good old boy club at the top.
