Decent benefits but not what they use to be. They keep trimming the down. Company Car
Cons
Store load has double in last three years Company adds OPCOs and responsibilities but never increases pay beyond normal 3%-4% raises. Internal promotion is hard to achieve, loads of extra projects outside of your actual job. And even then you are not guaranteed to promote.
