Cons
Over worked, work life balance does not exist, only offer annual bonuses that are taxed of course so you don't get as much as you think. No growth opportunities unless you go to corporate so no Territory Manager 2 or 3 positions. All Territory Managers get paid the same so if you live in California, a TM in Mississippi is getting paid the same as you even though the cost of living is wayyy more in California. The CEO does not care to pay TMs in California more, its never going to happen. The bonuses are not the best the max is $8000 for a Territory Manager of your pay grade but of course if you work in a higher paid grade the bonuses are higher. There is NO COMMISSION! In California TMs should start off at the least $100k but tobacco will be banned in California eventually and all SMs will be out of a job the next few years maybe sooner. The state is trying to ban all tobacco which is why it has so many restrictions. I am currently looking for another TM position somewhere else!
