      Good sharp people. Everyone helps each other out. Customers love the product and we have a lot of respect in the industry. Leadership looks out for you and tries to be transparent.

      We’ve had some churn recently, but some of it needed to happen.

      Pay is higher then most in the area, but you have the workload of 3x

      Hostile leadership environment, high turnover, high pressure , really unsupportive environment . Many quit In their first couple months
