      Pros

      Great team, strong culture (remote work with opportunity to travel occasionally), leadership seems to care deeply about the employees, compelling mission. I'm continuing to learn a lot in my role and I feel challenged and valued here.

      Cons

      Like any startup, scaling is challenging. There have been some communication breakdowns as we've grown, but it seems like the company is working to improve.

      Hostile leadership environment, high turnover, high pressure , really unsupportive environment . Many quit In their first couple months
