Pros

(mostly) competent coworkers, cool office, industry that inherently has a lot of money flowing through it (wealth management, financial advisors)

Cons

High (forcible) turnover due to poor decision making and two-faced practices by the senior leadership team. For example, after continually "committing" to a remote first culture, they blindsided employees into a RTO ultimatum. You can read more if you search for the article “jason-wenk-makes-rto-decision-for-altruist-staff-unpopular-with-some-that-will-result-in-departures-he-also-plans-contrarian-move-of-opening-san-francisco-office” This is just one huge example on top of a pile of other decisions that created a tumultuous environment where leadership would say one thing and, when the winds change, will drop you at their earliest convenience. Furthermore, an intense grinding work environment while you're there.
