Pros

They make you feel good with their lies when you join.

Cons

Altudo can be best defined as a labor camp that is run by an eccentric, arrogant and a ridiculously foolish leader. Their website, office building, employee strength are all nothing but hoax and anybody who had worked for them for even a month would know what lies beneath. There is actually no demand for the work they do on Sitecore. There are hundreds of companies out there who do fantastic work on customer experience but Altudo falls short big time as a company. They have been losing clients like anything and already has a bad reputation in the industry for messing up projects. They believe in ‘throwing bodies’ at clients to solve problems but are stupid enough not to realize that doesn’t work anymore. The management is pretty much brainless whose only work is to suck up to the foolish CEO to save their jobs. They aren’t employable anywhere else and take this company as a last career stand. One would find the senior managers always in a state of fear of losing their jobs and would do anything to just be there. The HR team is running a big scam by recruiting good folks by telling beautiful lies (seems like the art of storytelling comes in handy for the HR and not for their clients). And they are ‘well known’ for ruining things for people pretty nicely. Salary is never paid on time and that is because clients aren’t doing any more business with Altudo. If you’re OK working virtually for free then you’re welcome to their circle. Guys, please be very careful and judicious if you’re planning to join this company. Do your research, ask around about this company in the market and then decide. (And you can thank me later). And yes, within no time you shall see a barrage of fake reviews popping up here with five star ratings that portrays Altudo as a heavenly place to work for. Can you take a guess on who writes them...?

Thanks for taking out the time to write the detailed review. We are discouraged to see that even after working for 3 years you have a negative perspective about the organization. If you could have shared your concerns while you were still working here so we could have taken up your concerns based on merit. Client satisfaction has always been our priority and will continue to be. We are committed to delivering projects with zero defects and have submitted work that we are 100% sure of. Even during this difficult phase worldwide because of COVID19, we are continuing to hire talent in India and abroad. Client satisfaction index is at an all-time high this year with zero client attrition. Most importantly, we do not promote a culture where team members should feel disheartened about the work or organization. We value your feedback and as such would like to hear more at ceooffice@altudo.co. Thank you. - CEO Office

Pros

- plenty of opportunities to grow in your career - the company does not just look at number of years of experience before giving you opportunities or promoting you - if you have the talent and the aptitude, they will promote you - excellent exposure in working directly with senior executives at Fortune 500 companies - CEO spends time personally in helping define career path for leaders within the organization and help identifying trainings, books and learnings which enables them to move to the next level - Company is investing heavily in it's resources in terms of trainings, onsite opportunities both short term and long term

Cons

- if you cannot manage your own time, then you will not be able to keep pace. Work flies in from all directions and you need to be good at time and expectation management

Pros

Fast growing environment means opportunities for professional growth.

Cons

I did nine interviews, including with the company CEO, over the course of many months, for a senior role in the company. When asked what what were things I looked for in a role, I said “work-life” balance. “I want to spend more time with my family.” To my great surprise, I was told that was a “red flag.” They want someone who works 7 am to 7 pm. Literally, that’s what I was told. Keep in mind, I have a mat in a filing cabinet for when I work late; I am not lazy or anything. Despite all the hoops, I never received the courtesy of a follow-up. After many months of interviews, it would have been respectful to get at least an email. I politely asked for feedback to help me in the future. Nothing but radio silence. Seems like I dodged a bullet by not getting hired. While I didn’t work there, I saw firsthand from the top how toxic this company is. I strongly recommend that job candidates seriously consider other options.
