Pros
The HR staff has been the most caring and professional that I have ever had the benefit of working with (and so has my wife).
Cons
The information flow from local management was very difficult and you would get conflicting guidance that bordered on or encouraged fraud, if you didn't double check or ask probing questions. Also their requirement that you use up all leave during contract breaks instead of letting you assume a leave without pay status prevented employees from building up any real leave bank.
