      Pros

      Could be a wonderful job, but they depend on Adjunct instructors to teach the courses. I really enjoyed my experience there.

      Cons

      They don't hire full time faculty. There is only one or two instructors in each science field who actually work full time. They depend on Adjunct faculty too much, which hurts the college culture and the students learning the subject material.

      I was able to get teaching experience, the application process was easy.

      The pay was low to keep costs at the school low.
