Pros
Ive been with the company a little over a month and so far my experience has been nothing but positive. The recruiting and interview process was excellent-transparent, efficient, and respectful of my time. The recruiter I worked with was professional, personable, and high-touch without being pushy. Everything that was communicated during the interview process was aligned with what i've experienced so far, which I really appreciate. The team I work with has been extremely welcoming and supportive. People are genuinely helpful and willing to answer questions, which has made onboarding smooth. The systems are solid and fairly intuitive, and claim counts appear reasonable and in line with what was discussed during interviews.

As I'm still new, I don't yet have enough long-term perspective to offer meaningful feedback on challenges or opportunities.
