Pros

Excellent benefits, PTO, learning tools, employees, and compensation.

Cons

Privately held global Fortune 500 company in the Insurance & Financial Services industry that is not a well known one or as established as it could be yet due to the fact that company is still growing and maturing to date. Although it has established a niche in the marketplace for Workers Compensation and Small Business, it needs to expand and build on the footprint it currently has in other sectors to grow even more and become a household name.

Pros

Lots of holidays, the company observes jewish and federal ones

Cons

- aggressive push for AI optimization - intense micromanagement (all activity is monitored by AI, length and frequency of phone calls are tracked as well) - sudden RTO mandate after years of operating on a hybrid model. Top performers are leaving and the workload is becoming unmanageable due to staffing shortages - old software that constantly lags or freezes. All efforts to “update” the system seem solely focused on creating new AI tools that don’t address our day to day workflow
