Pros
If you're looking for a just where you can just slack off and do nothing, this is the place. Most of the people do next to nothing, and all the work is carried on the backs of a few select people. The processes are broken or non-existent, but instead of fixing them, they just keep throwing more people at it. So they hire lots of people who get no training and it's easy to collect a paycheck without doing anything. Some people play video games, some people watch movies on their phones, and some just read e-books all day. Management is too clueless to notice, and when they do, they don't have the backbone to do anything about it.
Cons
Nothing you learn here will be of any use. They don't follow any processes that would be considered standard for the industry. So no matter how long you spend here, your experience is worthless anywhere else, and you'll need to start over. No one in management has relevant experience in the field either, so they have nothing to teach you. Their primary goal is to create a believable act for when SOX audit time comes that they adequate change management procedures, even if they don't follow those policies most of the time, and doctor the data later. Pay is also sub par. You can make 30-50% more working almost anywhere else in a comparable position. If you care about your career at all, you won't tank it by working here.
