Pros

Good Paid Time Off and Holidays

Cons

Where to start? The CEO declared COVID over. It’s not. They have blatant disregard for safety. They insisted everyone come back a year ago when every other company said no, that’s too soon. Managers play favorites and unless you’re the favorite? You will be ignored at best. Training? No. There is no training. Sink or swim. Salary? It’s on the low end so get some resume fodder here and move on to where you can be paid adequately. Hybrid? No commitment to it while declaring record breaking years of growth. Record breaking years where no bonuses were given and raises delayed. The company put a big push out for “leave a review” with the idea you would share that with them. A not even thinly veiled attempt to pad the ratings

Pros

Flexible work hours. Great co-workers. My co-workers are friendly, easy to talk to and are willing to help you if they are able to.

Cons

Systems can give you issues at times and make it difficult to get work done.

Pros

Co-workers are amazing. Managers are helpful.

Cons

Rolling out an incomplete new operating system was a horrible idea. Creates additional work for adjusters. The processes being implemented are hindering the ability to effectively close claims. Adjusters are being told to do more with less every day. Claim counts average 180 to 200 for the last 6 months with no relief in sight. Hybrid work was promised at 2 home and 3 in office. That was recently revoked and it is now mandatory 4 days in office. With gas prices what they are, that really hurts. Corporate management seems to be focused more on obtaining #1 status and bringing in the big bucks than finding a way to relieve the stress on their employees. Mental health is non existent and if you aren't putting in 50+ hours a week there is no way to stay on top of your work load. Even then you will feel like you are barely treading water. New NICE phone system is for call centers-not claim adjusters. Not a lot of advancement opportunities unless you are someone's pet. Benefits are mediocre at best.
