Lower salaries compared to other IT companies in the sector. Unbalanced conditions differences between different sites. Difficult to progress. Difficult for process improvements and changes. Burocratic processes and messy info sources, documentation. Difficult cross department communication. Staff cuttings when its presence is, on the opposite, needed Events out of working hours.

Terrible work-life balance and the sense that management doesn't care for the mental health of its employees Company is shifting more and more towards replacing employees who have worked here for 5, 10, 15 years with AI or else hiring less expensive workers in other markets in developing nations
