      Pros

      Great culture, friendly work environment. Work is stimulating and employees are encouraged to explore new technologies or concepts.

      Cons

      Pay could be a little higher. It can get a little stressful at crunch time but that usually comes with this job title.

      Terrible work-life balance and the sense that management doesn't care for the mental health of its employees Company is shifting more and more towards replacing employees who have worked here for 5, 10, 15 years with AI or else hiring less expensive workers in other markets in developing nations
