Pros
very nice company where you have a lot of opportunities. to learn, travel, meet customers, do workshops. good opportunities to move in other sites all over the world. good opportunities to do trainings. a lot of vacation days (but this is related to france!). nice placce to work. very international place.
Cons
your evolution is in your hands. you can evoluate if you look for it. the spirit of amadeus is very nice but it can sometimes let you behind if you dont take the lead and make everything to evolve. Also I think that the salary evolution and growth is quite slow. Some people evolve more because they become team leaders etc. Without this it is quite hard to evolve salary and responsibility speaking. big company though so it is better to know where you are (sometimes all what i said before can be very different from one department to another)
