Pros
The French branch of Amadeus values a healthy work/life balance. Working hours are not strictly enforced, nor is productivity heavily assessed. This trust on the part of the company makes employees want to contribute more, who often go beyond what is expected of them. The perks and benefits are exceptional, involving full medical coverage and paid commuting costs.
Cons
There is a lack of organisational excellence, where many tasks are duplicated within the company, but on the other hand, there are great internal efforts to remedy this. The salaries level obviously is influenced by the great living conditions, therefore the net salary is substantially lower than for equivalent positions in Paris.
