Pros
Like every big company, there are a lot of measures taken to keep the employees happy such as free food, frequent outings, events and trainings. You get to have international experience with frequent onsite meetings depending on the kind of project you have and also get to meet a lot of foreign talent in India
Cons
Not very flexible in terms of internal role changes though you have the option of working onsite if you've performed well for a few years
