- The company is great - you get to work with diverse teams across the globe - high paying salary - SL and VL are combined so it's up to you how you want to use them - HMO
Cons
- Your luck in Amadeus depends on the project and manager that you are in. Most projects have a REAL hybrid setup with 1-2 days onsite work. But in my department (operations), the manager is strict with 3 days onsite and does not have any valid reasoning for having it that way when people can efficiently work at home without any issue. It's the typical Filipino by-the-book-manager who does not care about his employees.
