good company, strong results, strong and sustainable business model, IT

Cons

very much performance driven, in some areas a hell lot of a pressure Be careful when signing a work experience contract (WEC): HR is using the high unemployment rate in Spain to hire staff as cheap as possible (minimum wage?, 12k Euro p.a). Contract duration max. 2 years. HR will block you if you want to change to a permanent position earlier than that. Make sure you negotiate properly with your line manager in order to circumvent this.

Cons

Terrible work-life balance and the sense that management doesn't care for the mental health of its employees Company is shifting more and more towards replacing employees who have worked here for 5, 10, 15 years with AI or else hiring less expensive workers in other markets in developing nations
