      Tienes muchas posibilidades de aprendizaje, por ejemplo tienes acceso a suscripciones de Pluralsight, certificaciones de Azure (free), movilidad con otras unidades de negocio. Priorizan mucho a la personas en las decisiones tomadas.

      Cons

      La evolucion tecnologica en algunas BU es lenta, no se muestra lineamiento con Amadeus Corp (que tiene demasiadas herramientas cloud muy interesante), algunas veces los cambios toman tiempo.

      Terrible work-life balance and the sense that management doesn't care for the mental health of its employees Company is shifting more and more towards replacing employees who have worked here for 5, 10, 15 years with AI or else hiring less expensive workers in other markets in developing nations
