Pros
The management and staff are very competent and helpful. After a project you are given liberties to finish it without pestering (as long as you complete it on time and well). The atmosphere is laid back and casual, but still business oriented.
Cons
Although there are growth opportunities, you may have to work exceptionally hard for it. Its easier to get into a slump because management is so lax that being recognized for your work is difficult.
