      Pros

      Small company feel, but they do big things. The PTO setup is nice, 401k is decent, and I'm not entirely sure about medical. They care about the employees and play an active role in asking for advice and recommendations regarding benefits. They've grown exponentially, even since the recession. They have never laid anyone off. The upper management is very approachable and friendly. Lots of available overtime in the production area, usually. Not much overtime in the desk-jockey areas. Honest company, worldwide recognition, and they do a lot of good.

      Cons

      Amatrol is experiencing growing pains of expansion while delegation of responsibility remains an issue. The owners, God bless them, try to take on too much themselves, in turn slowing down growth and work processes. You likely will not be paid what your position is worth on the market.

      Pros

      They pass out ice-cream on wednesdays

      Cons

      Big drama fest. No supervisors take accountability for their own screw ups and promotions based on social status more than merit. Underpaid for the trade and you're always rushed to complete tasks that were already late when the parts were given to you.
