If there is absolutely nothing left to do, then they expect you to literally sweep what’s already been swept five times, count screws, and god forbid you say you’ve done anything. You’ll get an ear full

Management will talk down to you, saying it’s your fault that you work 10 hour days
If you’ve been absent and have a doctors note then it really doesn’t matter because they still try and argue with you over it.
If the manager is in a good mood, great. But if they’re in a bad mood they would be extremely rude to everyone, talk down to you. Honestly if they were in a bad mood and they had a business deal going, they would not make any deal. Because that’s how the manager works. Like a spoiled 5 year old.

Butchers anything they can to make a sell even if it means it breaking down for the customer in a couple months.
Generally unfair to the workers on the floor.
They used to have 3 15 minute breaks but cut it down to 2 10, and on 10 hour days (everyday) it really takes a lot out of you.
Low pay.
Prepare to work saturdays.
