You don't ever have to worry about being laid off with this company. They are expanding and growing every year. Every year their sales have increased over the previous year. Very talented and nice people to work with.

Big drama fest. No supervisors take accountability for their own screw ups and promotions based on social status more than merit. Underpaid for the trade and you're always rushed to complete tasks that were already late when the parts were given to you.
