In my experience, client care was the top priority. For the most part, the field staff are very good.

Cons

Poor employee treatment. If you go to management with a concern, they will usually tell you why you are wrong. They seriously under value and under respect CNA’s. Give an inch, they will take a mile.

Cons

If you work for one of their big money maker clients, you will be expected to do things that are unsafe and/or not part of your job duties. You will be expected to take care of up to 5 total care trach/vent kids by yourself. If the other nurse has daycare problems and brings her own three kids to work with her so she doesn't miss a days work, you will be expected to help take care of her kids as well as your patients. You will be expected to help babysit other kids in the house who do not need nursing. If you raise concerns to Amazing Care about these situations, you are let go for not being a team player.
