      Success dependent on Owner engagement. No benefits. No bonuses or raises despite exceptional professional performance. No clear company outlines and each owner runs their studio's differently. Confusing for clients. No where to move up within the company if youre from a smaller location.

      management doesn’t invest back into the business, pay is not fair, get sent home if you have a slow day, no organization, little inventory, expired products, low quality items, questionable training and very little support
