Pros
You can make a lot of money. 10$ for each membership sold and 10% on each product we sell. Easy to bring home a 300$ commission check plus your regular 10$ an hour. When I had an issue with my pay I negotiated with management and I got a raise after a year
Cons
High turn over. In the course of a year we have been through 6 or 7 front desk and countless stylists. Clients hate it because they like familiar faces, especially at front desk. You work to please these customers so you build a relationship at the front desk & so they begin to ask for only you by name.
