Franchisee has no idea about studio operations. Never had a clear vision and unable to meet their expectations without resources. All ideas for improvements were not thoughtfully accepted until after termination. Benefits for full time management team was promised and never delivered. Bonus plans were unrealistic with changing monthly metrix. When bonus plans achieved you were automatically seen as trying to steal money from the company. Working 60+ hours a week from open to close and weekends wasn't enough. No loyalty from franchisee after making studio profitable within a year.
