Pros
- you get paid to get trained to lash by their master trainers for 2 entire weeks! ( huge deal considering training for lashing is usually 2-3 days long and costs you about $1500-$3000 ) - you always have a client - all of your tools are provided for you - you get to have your own personal room to lash your clients - you're mostly on your own - there is room to move up in the company as a lash technician
Cons
- pay is minimum wage to begin with and can progress to a max of $17.00 an hour - you are pushed to sell, sell, sell their retail - it is a big corporate company - you have to wear scrubs - you cannot wear anything that covers the company logo on the scrubs - if you call out you are to find someone to cover your days yourself - you get ZERO commission on your services as a lash technician. you only get commission on whatever retail you may sell which isn't very much.
