It is so hard to leave clients you love but when your work atmosphere is nothing but negativity and poor management it becomes exhausting. There is absolutely no structure here. The training stylists with no previous experience go through is less than one week and that is unacceptable. Upper management is spread so thin they cannot attend to problems in each studio, and the company is so small there is no Human resources or "corporate" to file complaints or even suggestions with. It's sad because they have great ideas and very poor execution.
